SkillBridge allows transitioning active-duty service members to work with civilian employers like PGTEK during their final 180 days of service — at no cost to the employer, and with DoD continuing to pay the service member's salary and benefits throughout the fellowship.
Our cleared, technically demanding environment is a natural fit for military professionals transitioning into IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and systems engineering roles. SkillBridge fellows work alongside our engineers on real federal programs from day one.
